2557164 - User Sys ID is blank for Candidates in Adhoc report

• User Sys ID is not showing for External Candidates in Adhoc report
• User Sys ID is showing for Internal Candidates in Adhoc report

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
  • Table reports

1. Create a table report for Recruiting V2 domain
2. Select columns such as "Candidate ID", "User Sys ID" and "Is Internal"
3. Run the report
4. See that User Sys ID is blank for all external users (Is Internal = No)
5.                            

It is expected behavior. External candidates do not have User Sys ID in table report.

Work around

If Onboarding has been enabled in the instance, the following workaround can be done:

1. Create a cross-domain report, starting with Onboarding
2. Add the Recruiting V2 domain and choose the following fields under the relationship scope:
   Onboarding -> Candidate Id || Recruiting 2.0 -> Candidate: Candidate ID
3. Use the Candidate User Id field from Onboarding
