Symptom

Error during changelog/PSA request deletion: 

Delete request ODSR_* from PSA *: Error - subrc: 2

When running report RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY one of the following errors is displayed:

  • Auto-correction not available for inconsistent RSTSODSPART entries
    Check Mode
  • Request: ODSR_* Deletion flag inconsistent in RSTSODSPART
    Partition * ; is empty not dropped
    Orphaned RSTSODSPART entries detected
    Partition * not dropped
  • Partition *
    Request Ratio:[Deleted:Total]->*
    Records Ratio:[Deleted:Total]->*, 100 % logically deleted
  • Request already deleted in PSA directory: ODSR_* , Created on: XXXXXX
