2557245 - Campaign is Not Being Ended Despite a Valid End Date

You have set an end date for a Campaign but the Campaign is still active and activities are being created.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign workcenter.
2. Go to the Campaigns view.
3. Open Campaign XYZ (XYZ stands for a campaign that has an end date in the past).
4. Go to the Activities facet.

Result: you see that Activities are still being created.

The end date of the Campaign doesn't have any functionality associated with it. It just lets the user know that the Campaign has finished.

This is expected system behaviour.

You will have to set the Campaign as Finished manually so that the Activities stop getting created:

1. Go to the Sales Campaign workcenter.
2. Go to the Campaigns view.
3. Open the Campaign XYZ.
4. Click the button Actions and click Set as Finished.
