  • Where to see the comments provided on the recommended course of the user or peer?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

To recommend a course/collection to a user:

  1. Navigate to Learning > go to Library
  2. Select a course > click Recommend
  3. Fill out the user and comment field
  4. Click recommend

To see the comments added to the recommended item/collection:

  1. Logging into the user (recipient) > go to recommendation tile
  2. Click the icon on the lower right part of the item/collection card to see the comments

Note: Description will not be displayed on the backside of the tile if there is a comment.
