2557829 - Work and POC are not aggregated in Project table view

Symptom

You open a project in Project Management and switch to the table view. There are values for attributes "confirmed work", "percentage of completion","remaining work" and/or "work" at task level, however these values are not aggregated up to the phases and project header.
