Symptom

  • Failed to connect to system in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Google Chrome Developer Tools show that https://<HANAHOST>:<HANAPORT>/sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo failed with 401 Unauthorized.
  • 401 - Not authorized You're not allowed to access the specified resource. Credentials are missing or incorrect.
  • Possible solution Please enter valid credentials when being prompted. In case you forgot your credentials please contact your system administrator.
