2557862 - Proxy Name Appearing on the Signature of the Form - Performance Management

When opening a completed performance form with signature step, user is seeing the signature as User x by User y as shown below:

Launch form using Launch Form tool/ Manage Schedule Reviews:

1. Proxy to a user who can launch a form
2. Launch a form using Launch Form tool/Manage Schedule Review to a subject
3. Go to Performance inbox and click info about this form
4. The audit trail shows the name of the user who proxied and created the form

Launch form using Create New Form in the Performance inbox:

1. Proxy to a user
2. Go to Performance inbox
3. Click on the Create New Form button
4. Launch self-user
5. Click Info about this form 
6. The audit trail shows the name of the user who proxied and created the form

This is expected system behavior. If you proxy as a user and route the form to the completed step through the Route Form tool, the signature will appear as User X by User Y as shown in the screenshot above.
