2557973 - Working Day Calendar not Available for the Required Country

Your requirement is to create a Working Day Calendar for a particular country/region. But the country/region is not available under the list of country/regions in the Working Day Calendar Fine Tuning Activity, nor in the Scoping.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. For the relevant project select Open activity list
4. Go to Fine-Tune phase and open the activity Working Day Calendar
5. Select Create new working day calendars
6. The List of country/regions is empty or the required country/region XYZ is missing (where XYZ is the name of the country/region)

1. The localized country/region XYZ is not selected in the project scope.
2. The system does not currently have a localized version of the solution available for this country/region.

To scope the country/region XYZ for the Working Day Calendar activity, you may follow the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration workcenter
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. For the relevant project select Edit Project Scope button
4. In Step 1, Country/Region, click 'Edit Country/Region'
5. If the country/region you are referring to is not in this list, then no localized version of the system is currently available.
6. Go to Questions step
7. Expand Built-in Services and Support
8. Expand Business Environment
9. Select Units, Rates, and Cross-Application Data
10. On the right side, under the section Questions for Units, Rates, and Cross-Application Data, scope the required country/region XYZ for which you want to create Working Day Calendar
11. Complete the scoping by selecting Confirm and Finish

Now, the country/region will be available in the Working Day Calendar activity.

If the country/region you are referring to is not available as localized country/region, it will not be in the list for scoping.

Adding the Working Day Calendar for Non-Localized country/regions in the project scope is currently not supported.
