Manage Leave Of Absence option is not present in Take Action of PP3 UI.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

• HRIS Actions 'planLeaveOfAbsenceAction' & 'returnLeaveOfAbsenceAction' are only meant to be used with legacy LOA (i.e without Time off being active).

• If you have enabled Time Off-Time Off for LOA only, use the link in the "Time Management" section of the People Profile to apply/mantain leave.

• Use this permission for admins to manage time off:

• From 2H 2022 release, HRIS Actions 'planLeaveOfAbsenceAction' and 'returnLeaveOfAbsenceActions' are deleted in BCUI. (Enhancement Number: ECT-186891)
• Existing customers who already have been using the above two HRIS Actions may still be able to use it by providing the RBP Permissions. But these actions will not be present in the BCUI for any configuration change.
• It is not recommended to use these actions anymore, and any issues in accessing time off pages from these actions will be out of scope of support/engineering.
• If you are not using the Time Management Tab on People Profile with the link to "Administer Time" for admins/managers, please use option from Action Search "Administer Time For *****" to access the workbench.
