SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

• 'Manage Leave of Absence' in Take Action comes from the HRIS Action 'planLeaveOfAbsenceAction'
• HRIS Actions 'planLeaveOfAbsenceAction' (& 'returnLeaveOfAbsenceAction') are only meant to be used with legacy LOA (i.e without Time off feature being active).
• If you have enabled Time Off and/or Time Off for LOA only, use the link in the "Time Management" section of the People Profile to navigate to Administer Time/Workbench UI to apply/maintain absence.

• From 2H 2022 release, HRIS Actions 'planLeaveOfAbsenceAction' and 'returnLeaveOfAbsenceActions' are deleted in BCUI. (Enhancement Number: ECT-186891)
• Existing customers who already have the above HRIS Actions in the Succession Data Model, may still be able to use it by providing the RBP Permissions. But these actions will not be present in the Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) for any configuration change.
• It is not recommended to use these actions anymore, and any issues in accessing time off pages from these actions will be out of scope of support/engineering.
• If you are not using the Time Management section on People Profile with the link to navigate to "Administer Time" for admins/managers, please search "Administer Time For" in the Global search to access the workbench of the employee(s).
