•  Unable to delete RBP group
• Getting the error "This group cannot be deleted when it is in use"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Manage Permission Group
2. find the group you want to detele
3. Select Take Action -> Delete
   
4. "This group cannot be deleted when it is in use" error appears
   

There is still some permission roles assigned to the group

1. Go to Manage Permission Group
2. Open the group you want to delete
3. Click on Granted Permission Roles
4. You will see all the permission roles granted to the group
   
5. You will need to remove the group from all the permission roles
6. Go To Manage Permission Roles
7. Open the Permission Roles found in step 4
8. Remove the group from the section "3. Grant this role to ..."
   
9. You will now be able to remove the group from Manage Permission Group
