Step 1: Access Admin Center - Pending Hires

Step 2: Click in Internal Hire "Test employee"

Step 3: Error appears

The error assoicated to this fingerprint is caused by a missing job Information data for the user being internal hired in EC.

SAP SPlunk: errror: while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.hris.bean.eo.EmpJobInfoEO.getExternalCode() of a null object loaded from local variable 'earlierJobInfoEo

The user is showing up as internal hire because he is active in EC. This is not a valid scenario for internal hire. Please create a job information record to proceed further.

For these kind of scenarios, SAP will provide  a Validation error message when Non-EC user is moved to Manage Pending hire as internal hire user
