Symptom

The username field is missing in the User Directory search

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the User Directory Search the username field is not visible.
  2. Go to - Company Info > Directory > More Options

Cause

In Provisioning > Company Settings the following setting is enabled; "Hide (user name) in the UI"

Resolution

When this setting is enabled it will hide the Username field for employees in the Directory Search and the following areas.

  1. Basic search
  2. Logged in employee
  3. Org Chart
  4. PP3 Personal Information

When this setting is disabled the username field will be visible in the User Directory Search.
