2558817 - Error "Duplicate Records Audit_policy_name = Parameter_changes // Audit_policy_OID = 925912 // Event_action = Disconnect Session" While Extractor are not working - Solution Manager 7.1

Symptom

In to Solution Manager -> Go to Transaction SM_Workcenter -> Solution Manager Administration -> Click on Infrastructure -> Choose Extractor Framework

You could see the following error :

Duplicate Records Audit_policy_name = Parameter_changes // Audit_policy_OID = 925912 // Event_action = Disconnect Session
Upload failed 'Extractor delivered duplicate records'
