2559280 - Kapsel app suddenly becomes unable to open the Offline Store with error message: "[-10204] Communication with the server failed with status code: 400"

Symptom

After schema change in the backend or delta link expiration, the Kapsel app becomes unable to open the Offline Store and thus the app is unavailable with error message:

"[-10204] Communication with the server failed with status code: 400".
