How to make columns like Amount/Team Amount read only in Variable Pay Worksheet?
How to control visibility of columns in variable pay?
Environment
Successfactors Variable Pay
Resolution
Column Visibility and read/write access in variable pay are controlled from option Configure Label Names and Visibility in Variable Pay.
Please follow below steps to control column visibility and read/write access.
1. Admin Center ->Compensation Home -> Select Variable Pay Template.
2. Plan Setup -> Design Worksheet -> Configure Label Names and Visibility.
3. Below screenshot depicts details of the icon and ther function.
Note: Only few columns are available for configuration to make it read only and list is as below.
1. Ind Percent
Amt column is dependant on Ind Percent, if Ind Percent is made read only then Amt column also becomes read only.
2. Team Percent
Team Amt is dependant on Team Percent, if Team Percent is made read only then Team Amt column also becomes read only.
