2559575 - RPRAPA00 / RFBIKR00: jobs are failing or you are seeing more than 1 vendor for an employee number or inconsistencies

You encounter failed jobs for the reports RPRAPA00 / RFBIKR00. At least you notice, that no batch input session for transactions XK01/XK02 is created. Or you see wrongly updated vendors.  You are not able to reproduce this behavior in a test environment or in dialog. Typically you conclude, that this only happens in productive system but not in test system and only happens when RPRAPA00 is processed in a job and not when processed in dialog and also in prod. system in a job it happens not always but more or less occasional.

You also may see that more than 1 vendor for an employee number is created.
