Symptom

Although the alerts are generated in the Alert Inbox, e-mail notifications and other automatic functionalities, such as case creation or Alert reactions, have stopped working after upgrading to Solution Manager 7.2 SP06. If you test to send manual notifications from the Alert Inbox, they are sent out correctly.
