Symptom

The following Guided Answers decision tree will assist you with the configuration and troubleshooting of the new DHTML Live Auction in SAP SRM.

Errors investigated in this decision tree are:

  • Bsp_dhtml_auc service cannot be reached
  • Missing flag in ui.lac.dhtml.conv
  • Clicking on Live Auction button does nothing
  • Application Blocked by Java Security error message appears in Internet Explorer
