"Unable to retrieve data from the datasource" error when using Business Content "Best Practice Solution Package Retail" packages in SAP Analytics Cloud (formerly known as SAP BusinessObjects Cloud / BOC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2017.20.1

1. Log on to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Click Main Menu - Browse - Files
3. Click the Content Library icon on the left
4. Navigate to the Business Content
5. Click the "Best Practice Solution Package Retail" package
6. Click Import

This package requires a Live connection to obtain the data from the datasource.
