2559690 - Survey Attachment File Size

When you try to add  a photo in a survey you need to adjust manually the quality of the attachment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's not possible to set a default file size for attachments in Surveys for all users. The survey runtime does not read the attachment size property from the Administrator property.

The configuration available in:

1. Go to Administrator Workcenter
2. Open General Settings View
3. Click on Mobile Settings

Mobile Settings is designed to affect just the Attachments Facet and not Surveys.

However, in Surveys it does remembers the user's last attachment size used.  For example, if the user selected Large and submits the survey.  The next time user re-opens any survey, it will remember what was the last attachment size used even if it logs out from the system.

This is the expected system behavior.
