2559702 - ATP is Still Showing Yellow in Sales Order Even Though Goods is Already Dispatched.

Symptom

The Line Item of Sales Order has been dispatched, but the ATP is showing Late Delivery.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Select the Sales Orders view.
  3. Search for the Sales Order XXX (XXX represents the number of the Sales Order).
  4. Select the Sales Order and click on the Edit button.
  5. Click the View All button.
  6. Go to the Items tab.
  7. Notice the ATP is showing yellow for the Sales Order Line Item.

Cause

It was created a Sales Order with Availability of the Product being initially yellow, and it was completely delivered the Item with Late Delivery as per the Requested Date. Hence, the system is showing yellow ATP even though it was completed the Delivery of the Line Item. This is an expected system behaviour.

Resolution

System is working as expected.
