Admins/Managers can Only Request a Maximum of 23:59 hours in Time Off, where Unit defined is Hours.

Flexible Requesting is enabled.

Step 1: Login as an Admin / Manager

Step 2: Go to Employee's Profile > Administer Time

Step 3: Book Annual leave and you can only book a maximum of 23 hours and 59 minutes.

The current UI control that is used on the absence form does not support more than 23:59 hours.
That means that a user cannot enter e.g. 72 hours for a 3 day absence in case of multiple days.

A limitation section to the handbook Page 114 Section 4.13:

"For time types where flexible requesting is allowed in hours, you can only enter up to a maximum of 23 hours and 59 minutes when requesting absences in the Time Workbench."

Ther is an internal enhancement created to support Flexible Requesting for multiple days for time type with unit "hours" on the absence form.
However there has been no date confimed as of yet.
Please follow up with you CSM to keep track of this.
