• You're trying to set up Import Data Connection in SAP Analytics Cloud (formerly known as SAP BusinessObjects Cloud / BOC).
• "Unable to connect: A different cloud connector instance with the same value for location ID is already connected to this subaccount" warning message appears in SAP Cloud Connector.

• SAP Cloud Platform

1. Connect SAP Cloud Connector to the SAP Cloud Platform subaccount hosting SAP Analytics Cloud per Configuring the SAPCP Cloud Connector
2. Receive "Unable to connect: A different cloud connector instance with the same value for location ID is already connected to this subaccount"

Another installation of SAP Cloud Connector is already connected to your Region Host and Subaccount

1. Browse to https://account.<REGIONHOST>/cockpit#/acc/<SUBACCOUNT>/connectivity
2. Log in as the same S-User that you use for the SAP Cloud Connector Subaccount User
3. Click "Force Disconnect"
4. Then connect from SAP Cloud Connector
