2559965 - Not able to see the Complete Screen in any Step During the Migration activity

Symptom

While migrating data for any object, only the first half of the screen is visible.

Environment

Valid for all versions of SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
  3. Search and Open the activity for any object
  4. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File
  5. In the Validation, Convert Values, Simulation, Execute Import steps, only first half of the screen is visible. You are not able to see the comments/tasks with respect to each step.

Cause

In the migration tool, in User Settings, the User may have selected to Hide the Grouping of UI Elements Communication System.

Resolution

You may follow the below steps on the Migration tool:

  1. Right on the screen and select User Settings
  2. Invisible Elements
  3. Hidden Screen Elements
  4. Select Grouping of UI Elements Restore Communication System
  5. Select OK
