2559986 - Cannot enable the "enforce dump tran sequence" option with Error 17957 - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

The below error message has appeared when you change the "enforce dump tran sequence" option to true.

1> use master
2> go
1> sp_dboption "<SID>","enforce dump tran sequence", true
2> go
Msg 17957, Level 16, State 1:
Server '<SID>', Procedure 'sp_dboption', Line 1092:
You cannot set the 'enforce dump tran sequence' database option because the database '<SID>' is either marked as needing a database dump, an unlogged operation was performed or the transaction log was truncated. Dump the database, then retry setting the option.
