1. Go to the Admin Center.
2. Under Succession, select Matrix Grid Rating Scales.
   
3. Click the drop down to select the rating scale to edit.
   
4. Change the label to a value of your choosing.

• The system will not allow any changes made to your labels if you leave the value blank and they are not deleted. 
• Any changes you make to these label values will reflect in the Employee Profile rating portlets and performance forms in the Performance Potential section.
