2560013 - logging table creation fails with 'Defaults cannot be created on columns with an IDENTITY attribute'

Symptom

  • Table fails to replicate after being added in SLT
  • Application log has errors similar to:

Failed to create logging table /1CADMC/00000xyz for table <TABLE NAME>

Create logging table for <TABLE NAME> failed
Logging table /1CADMC/00000xyz couldn't be created successfully

  • On source SM21 errors similar to the following:


Defaults cannot be created on columns with an IDENTITY attribute. Table '/1CADMC/00000xyz', column 'IUUC_SEQUENCE'.
