2560018 - Primary Supervisor information disappears from user record

We can find Primary supervisor updated in DB PA_STUDENT and also on various report like “Account data”, However same is not visible in the UI.

If an admin tries to revoke the Primary supervisor ID in the users menu options, The configuration will disappear immediately after clicking save button.

1. Navigate to System admin > USERS > Search for any users
2. Try to update the “Primary Supervisor” and save the settings.
3. You will see the updated “Primary Supervisor” will disappear.

This is happening because under search selectors “User” Configurations file criteria.ID.enabled will be set to false, As the Primary supervisor is also a user entity. This is essential to have the user ID criteria viewable in the user records.

Please follow below steps:

• Navigate to System admin > Configurations > Search selectors
• Search for criteria.ID.enabled=
• Set this to true.
