Symptom

  • Crystal Reports stopped working
  • "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server" while scheduling report
  • "The viewer could not process an event. Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed." while refreshing report in BI Launchpad
  • Report failed to refresh after update to 4.1 SP10 Patch 1. Works properly in 4.1 SP07
