2560562 - SY520 not using printer in POD

ME throws "printerRef is missing" error message when trying to print labels using POST_SERIALIZE activity hook.
In addition SQL trace contains the following select statements that was logged in the same seconds:

1. SELECT LABEL_PRINTER_BO FROM USER_PREFERENCES WHERE  USER_BO='UserBO:<SITE>,<USERNAME>';
2. SELECT PRINTER_BO FROM workstation_printer where workstation_bo = NULL  AND document_type_bo = 'DocumentTypeBO:<SITE>,LABEL';
