2560670 - LMS: Validation Error: Item no longer active or no longer have access to this item

When user attempts to start a course, the following error is generated: 'Validation Error: Item no longer active or no longer have access to this item'

1. On the learning plan, start course.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on OK and a validation error will appear. But if you click on Cancel, user can launch the course.
   
   

LMS detects that the item has a new revision, but the revised item detected is inactive.

Inactive revised item needs to be deleted.

If the user is having an issue deleting it due to associations, they can reach out to Professional Services for further assistance.
