2560881 - Fiori Launchpad app: refused to connect/display Error, X-Frame Options set to SAMEORIGIN

• When accessing certain apps in the Fiori Launchpad, one may encounter a blank screen.
  In Google Chrome, hovering the mouse over this blank screen displays the message "<server address> refused to connect".
  
  
• Possible error messages that may be shown include:
