Symptom

  • Error RWI 00200 occurs when exporting one problematic Web Intelligence document to PDF
  • Same error could be observed when viewing the same document in PDF mode
  • The report could be viewed and refreshed successfully in HTML mode
  • It also works fine to export the same document to Excel
  • The issue only occurs for specific SAP account but doesn't occur Enterprise account (i.e., Administrator)
  • The issue only occurs in IE browser on specific client PC, but doesn't occur in either Chrome on same client PC or IE on other client PC
