Symptom

  • Error: Connection Failed: Failed to generate the SAML assertion due to: Failed to sign the Assertion. (FWM 02128) when clicking Test Connection in Central Management Console(CMC) -> Applications -> HANA Authentication
  • The HANA SAML SSO worked before the update to BI 4.2 SP4 or newer version
