There may be different issues causing this. However, in this case the issue is because HRIS sync is defined from an EC field to an EP field, but the EP field is not configured in the Succession Data Model (SDM).

If the business really wants to sync the value, then configure the EP field.

If the EP field is not required by the business, remove the HRIS sync for this field.
