Symptom
- Customer tries to add a new Contingent, but when adding Vendor information, the system do not allow you to save or cancel any change. The information is lost because you have to refresh the page
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - All Versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center
- Search for Add Contingent Worker
- Fill all required fields
- Under workorder Information, select the "+" icon next to vendor
5. Fill all fields and try to save, the system will block all features and option and you cannot proceed
6. Refresh the page, but you will lose all information
Cause
- This is a known issue that was investigated by Engineering team
Resolution
- The issue is target to be fixed in release 1802.
- Workaround: Do not add the vendor information in Add Contingent worker Wizard, add the information once the employee is hired.
