2561240 - Curriculum assigned via Assignment Profile does not show as assigned by System AP

When checking the user's learning plan on LMS administration side, you notice that some curricula were assigned by System AP while others were assigned by the Admin. However, in both cases the Assignment Profile was used to assign these curricula. It was not a manual curricula assignment by the Admin.

1. Create an Assignment Profile and assign to a test user
2. Add a curricula to this Assignment Profile
3. Propagate it
4. Add a new item to the curricula
5. Execute changes. On user profile curricula were assigned by System AP

When the user was assigned a curricula via an Assignment Profile, the 'Assigned By' column on the user's learning plan (administration side) displays 'System AP'. However, if the admin added another item to the already assigned curricula, that admin account will appear on the 'Assigned By' column. This is the expected behavior when an admin adds an item to a curricula that was already assigned to the user by an Assignment Profile.
