2561284 - Error SQL2714 while running SUM during phase MAIN_SWITCH/PARMVNT_XCNV -- SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

  • Executing SUM/DMO for upgrade to SAP Netweaver 7.5 and migrate from Oracle DB to ASE.

During phase MAIN_SWITCH/PARMVNT_XCNV, received a message bellow:

for details 2 processes failed, check 'PARMVNTXCNV_NEW_PROCS_NEW.*'

  • The errors may also occur while running an SP update using SPAM & during the OCS import.
  • The errors may be reported on PA* tables .
  • Please Note that Starting from SUM 2.0 SP13, phase PARMVNT_XCNV renamed to PARMVNT_BAS_TABS with log filename as PARMVNT_BAS_TABS*.<SID>/ELG
