2561291 - ERP Cockpit Not Available For iPad

Symptom

You have the ERP Cockpit functionality set up in Sales Data tab within Accounts Work Center and it works fine with the browser and Windows app, but when you try to access it in iPad, it's missing.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer iPad Tablet

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on Customers Work Center
  2. Go to Accounts
  3. Select account ABC (where ABC is the name of the account)
  4. Click on Sales Data tab
  5. Click on the More button
  6. The ERP Cockpit button won't be there as expected

Cause

The ERP Cockpit functionality requires a webDynPro application that is not designed for tablets and because of that the functionality wasn't implemented for iPad.

Resolution

Standard system behaviour.
