2561496 - Export/Import buttons appear automatically on shopping cart after SP upgrade

Symptom

After Support Package level upgrade to the following versions:

  •  SAP SRM 7.14 SP 09
  •  SAP SRM 7.13 SP 15
  •  SAP SRM 7.12 SP 21

Testers, admins or users notice the Import/Export buttons on the shopping cart header, even with the customizing switch SRM_702_EXCEL_EXP_IMP_SHP being inactive.
The buttons do not work and appear on all types of shopping carts, regardless of their status.
