2561586 - Issue while Uploading References - Completion Status via Import Tool - [LMS]

1) Error while uploading References -> Completion Status

2) The system could not add the record for one or more reasons: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (FK_CMPL_STAT__TAP_DEF) violated - parent key not found

Login as a LMS Admin->System Admin->Tools->Import Data-> 'Action:Import Data' and 'Record Type:References'->With values under Completion Status tab of the excel sheet

If the "approval process" field in the 'Completion Status' tab of the filled 'Reference' template has a value.

Please remove value in "approval process" fields and import the file which will fix the issue, since approval process is a reference field it should be available in the LMS before you use the reference values and in here, it is better if you remove the value at all (not 'yes' or 'no' but an empty value).
