Symptom

Copied compensation template doesn't launch forms, even though the job completes successfully.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Copy the compensation template.
  2. Launch the worksheets for the planner.
  3. "Launch Compensation Worksheets" job completes successfully but 0 (no) forms are launched.

Cause

  • The customer might be using "Roll up Hierarchy" and didn't have the planners defined.
  • Planner's settings are not copied over with the template.

Resolution

Define planners in the template and relaunch the forms as shown below.
