Symptom

Reincarnation of deleted user via User Connectors in Learning Management System(LMS)

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

Please Note: The following property needs to be enabled in Connector Configuration for reincarnation to work. By default, its disabled.

1] Go to Learning Admin as a Admin

2] System Admin

3] System Configuration

4] Search for Connectors

5] Now Admin can reincarnate deleted users via below connectors.

  • For SF User Connector configure as : sfuser.connector.deletedUser.reincarnate=Y
  • For User Connector configure as :  user.connector.deletedUser.reincarnate=Y
  • For Federal User Connector configure as : federaluser.connector.deletedUser.reincarnate=Y

6] Now Run the Respective connectors to reincarnate the deleted user.
