When entering Bank information My Profile > Bank Details > Payment Information, the following error is seen when saving. When you click OK or Cancel the screen hangs:

IF THE EMPLOYEE ALREADY HAS PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Select any employee.
2. Go to payment information section.
3. Application error happens.

CREATING NEW PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Select any employee.
2. Go to Payment Information session.
3. Create the Payment Information Record and hit save;
4. application error occurs;

One of the countries assigned to the object were made inactive which ends up corrupting the load of payment information object:

To solve this you have two options:

1. Remove this empty space:
1. Go to manage data;
2. Select Customized Pay Type;
3. Select one Pay Type;
4. Click in Take Action>Make Correction;
5. Click in the trash can for the empty box and save it;
6. Repeat the same process for all the pay types;

2. Correct the country object (which is the best option) making it active again. In this case if you know which country should appear there you can make the country active again under Manage Data
