LRN-18177 - Bizx Admin Runs User Personal Data Report

Reports can be generated by a Bizx Admin that displays the personal information stored in Learning for a single user and its purpose.

To generate this report we added a connections to SAP SuccessFactors platform via an Internal API.  As part of this change, we made changes to Learning Odata system.  The change is currently internal, bu the internal changes will reach the publick on Learning Odata APIs in the Q2 2018 release.

-   What exactly is new here?

-  Could the LMS data now be pulled via this API´s also into the BizX Report?

-  Is this only valid for user or also for admin and instructor data?

-  Were exactly could this cross module report be triggered within BizX?

-   What exactly is new here?

Bizx Admin can now generated report about personal information stored for a single user in the LMS and this is done through an Odata Api for this purpose.

-  Could the LMS data now be pulled via this API´s also into the BizX Report?

For now only this report

-  Is this only valid for user or also for admin and instructor data?

NO admin or instructor data, only single user data store in LMS including the Learning Assignments and Learning History.

-  Were exactly could this cross module report be triggered within BizX?

This will be implemented further in Bizx - Reports (Q1-2018 (B1802)).

In order to access this report (known as Data Subject Information report in BizX), the Admin User must have the permission “Enable Information on Data Subject Permission.” This can be set in Admin Center > Manage Permissions > Select Role > Add the required permission from “Admin Center Permissions” group.
