2562176 - Dunning Letter Form with Most Days Overdue Field

Symptom

The Dunning Letter form needs to be enhanced to include the Most Days Overdue field, which is already available in the UI (User Interface).

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Receivables work center.
  2. Go to the Dunning view.
  3. Select a Dunning Item.

The Most Days Overdue field is visible in the UI and is required to be displayed in the form template.

Cause

This field is not currently provided in the standard Dunning Letter.

Resolution

The template can be edited with the Adobe LiveCycle Designer using the binding under ReceivableItem -> DunningItem (or ReminderItem) -> DaysOverdueTotalNumberValue to calculate the Most Days overdue at the header level.

The form templates can be found as follows:

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to the Form Template Maintenance view.
  3. Find the Dunning Letter.
  4. Click Download.
  5. Open the file in the Adobe LiveCycle Designer, which can be downloaded from the Download Center view.
