• Concurrent employment User, Emp ID and Birth date do not Sync to EP

Manually Run HRIS Sync:

• Concurrent employment User, Emp ID and Birth date do not Sync to EP

current expected behavior

After importing Concurrent Employment, the  personInfo will not be synced by recurring Hris Sync job.

• This is because recurring Hris sync job only syncs records which are updated after last success run date. Since there is no change on personInfo, personInfo record will not be picked up and synced. Only employmentInfo (Employment Detail) record will be synced.
• It is expected behavior from Hris Sync side.
• Please also update personInfo when create concurrent employment Via UI or Full Hris Sync if you need personInfo fields to be synced.

Customer Action:

• As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you're no longer working with an implementation partner, contact SAP Cloud Support.
• Customer must provide a written approval for a Full Hris Sync: 2512570 - Creating an HRIS Sync Job in SAP SuccessFactors or 3044382 - User Based HRIS Sync 

Test result after:  UI or Full Hris Sync
