Symptom

  • Primary and mirror servers can connect to each other, but cannot connect to the arbiter
  • All servers are running without errors and two servers can connect to each other, but not to the third one
  • This problem can appear between any servers in High Availability configuration
  • Optional: state file of disconnected server is not populated
