Symptom
-
Primary and mirror servers can connect to each other, but cannot connect to the arbiter
- All servers are running without errors and two servers can connect to each other, but not to the third one
- This problem can appear between any servers in High Availability configuration
- Optional: state file of disconnected server is not populated
