2562245 - DB6: SQL0104N An unexpected token "DECFLOAT ROUNDING MODE ROUND_HALF_UP" was found following "SET CURRENT".

Symptom

You get the following error during upgrade of SAP system to NW740 SP8 or higher with Db2 V9.1 database.
The error has also been encountered during a a system export using the SWPM as the system copy option.

SQL0104N  An unexpected token "DECFLOAT ROUNDING MODE ROUND_HALF_UP" was found following "SET CURRENT ".  Expected tokens may include:  "<space>".

 The error can happen in any of the following upgrade phases or system copy task.

  • PREP_INPUT_CHECK/SQLSELEXE_CHECK_CLIENT_SFW
  • PREP_INPUT_CHECK/READCVERS_DUMP
  • With System copy, the error occurs with R3load export
