2562325 - Item(s) recorded with a failure status are appearing in the Reassignment assistant

Symptom

An Item that has been recorded for a user with a failure status is appearing as "Not Started" in reassignment assistant.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions since b1802

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Record learn an Item to a user with a "Failure" Status
  2. Navigate to the Item > Online Content > Click Content object > OK.

  3. Click Save and you will get a message for reassignment > Click Yes 
  4. In the reassignment assistant you will see the user for who Item was recorded with failure status.

Cause

 This has been Identified as a defect, LRN-24723

Resolution

This defect will be resolved in b1802 Release.
